Dear Linda and family,
My sympathy on your terrible loss! While most people knew him as “Sid” we his family and friends from “The Patch” knew him as “Beefy” after his Dad’s nickname. I know you dated him since high school so your loss must be so hard after all these years together.
I have been lifting up you and your family in prayer that the Lord would sustain you!

Sid was a competitor at my NGA Natural Phillly show winning the
"Best Poser" award both years. The "Superman" routine and
the "Fat Man" posing routines brought down the house. I would
see Sid each Fall and Spring at the NE PA USBF shows that he
and Vince Cardamone, his training partner and fellow promoter
promoted. I first knew him as the Sports announcer in the
Scranton area, then learned he worked in Harrisburg and then
found out he was the District State Representative. Knowing I was
an ordained Lutheran Pastor we talked a lot about Theology
as well as Bodybuilding. He would call me by my nickname "The
Pumpin Pastor". He will be missed by his family, his church, his
community and the State. A very well lived life leaves a lasting
legacy to his family and good friends. God comfort you in your loss.
My prayers across the miles.
Rev. Warren Egebo, formerly of Hegins, PA
now living in Green Bay, Wisconsin

Linda and family:
My condolences to you on the loss of your husband, father and grandfather.
"Sid" was a true gentleman, and a role model for everyone as he served his community in so many ways. We should all strive to be human beings that attain the lofty standards he set.

Dear Linda and Family; Sandy and I express our deepest and sincerest sympathy to you and your family on the passing of Sid. As a human being, husband, father and public servant he stood above many of the others. I had the opportunity to work closely with him on statewide legislation that impacted the lives of thousands of people. He was a true professional and the guiding force in successfully passing this legislation. He was a man of faith and compassion and he will be truly missed. May you, your children and grandchildren be blessed with Gods' good graces and may Sid sleep well in anticipation of seeing you all again. Ron and Sandy Koldjeski

My wife Kathy and I can not express how sorry we are for your loss. I've known Sid for over 30 years. We played basketball together in the Commissioner's Morning League and remained friends ever since. He was a great help to the members that I represent at Teamsters Local 229. No matter what I asked of him he was always there to help. He fondly referred to my wife as "The lovely Kathleen". He was a good man who we will miss terribly. Rest in peace my friend. We will keep you and your family in our thoughts and prayers.

Linda and family, I am so sorry for your loss. I remember when the two of you first started dating. Going to baseball games, then your wedding. I love the photo of my mother and you dancing at your wedding. Our families have shared a lot of good times together. Please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers.
