Obituary of Brian John Ott

Brian John Ott, 58, of Taylor, was born in Lakehurst, NJ on February 17, 1960 and died Friday afternoon at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest, Allentown.

 

He is the son of Martha Jean MacGregor Ott, Taylor and the late Carl Ott.  In 1978, Brian graduated from Riverside High School.  He furthered his education at Vo Tech and was in construction and carpentry all his life.  Brian enjoyed the outdoors, where he took pleasure in hunting and fishing.  Brian will be remembered as a quite man, who loved to cook and spend time with his dog, “Buddy”.

 

In addition to his mother, he is survived by a sister, Carol Koval and husband, William, Taylor; a niece, Dana Pezzuti and husband, Bobby, Old Forge; a nephew, William M. Koval, Moosic; a great nephew, Bobby Pezzuti; two great nieces, Maddison Pezzuti and Sophia Koval; Also, a niece, Candice Ott, New York

A younger brother, Mel, preceded him in death.

Brian’s family would like to thank the numerous Doctors, nurses and case manager at the Lehigh Valley Hospital Burn Center, Brian’s many close and personal friends and all compassionate people who gave a kind word. A special thank you to Tracey’s Hope Hospice Care and Rescue for Domestic Animals, Inc.

Family and friends may call Wednesday 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Semian Funeral Home, 704 Union St. Taylor. The Rev. Norm Demming, St. Paul’s Independent Bible Church, Taylor will officiate a blessing at 7pm.  Interment will be private in Abington Hills Cemetery.
