Obituary of Olga Pregmon Kundla

Olga Pregmon Kundla, 96, of Clarks Summit and formally of Dupont, died Thursday. Her husband Joseph died February 14, 1989. Born in Old Forge, on April 26, 1914, she was the daughter of the late Konstentin and Mary bubernak (Peregrim) Pregmon. Olga was a graduate of Newton High School and Bloomsburg State Teachers College, now Bloomsburg University. Prior to her retirement, she taught at the Newton-Ransom and Abington Heights School District. Olga was a faithful and devoted parishioner of St. Michael's Byzantine Catholic Church, Pittston. Surviving are two brothers, Walter Pregmon, with whom she resided; Michael Pregmon and wife, Marie Wyomissing; Nieces and Nephews. Four brothers, Andrew, Thomas, Stephen and John and two infant sisters preceded her in death. The funeral will be Monday at 9:30 a.m. from the Semian Funeral Home, 704 Union St., Taylor followed by the Office of Christian Burial with Divine Liturgy at 10:30 a.m. in St. Michael's Byzantine Catholic Church, 205 N. Main Street, Pittston, by the Rev. Gary Mensinger. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call Sunday 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
